Every year, Ronald McDonald House® Hamilton provides a home away from home for hundreds of families of seriously ill children who are receiving treatment at McMaster Children’s Hospital and other local hospitals. Sadly, due to limited space, in the past they have been forced to turn away families in need. It broke their hearts to have to do this and they were determined to do something about it. That is why they have expanded the House from 15 to 40 rooms and why your help is so greatly needed today. The House also operates a Ronald McDonald Family Room at McMaster Children’s Hospital, bringing the comfort and compassion of Ronald McDonald House right into McMaster Children’s Hospital for local and out-of-town families to recharge without leaving the hospital. 70% of the proceeds from the 2nd Annual Drivers for Danielle Golf Tournament will go to The Ronald McDonald House of Hamilton.
